Exceptional Service - The process of consistently meeting and exceeding the customer’s need and expectations.
Service delivery - The act or manner of providing service to customers.
Engaged customer - A customer who shares an emotional bond with your business/organization.

(1) Know your Products and services. The more you know the better you can advise your clients about features and benefits that are helpful to them.
(ii) Be courteous. A smile , a friendly greeting goes a long way.
(iii) Be respectful. Always listen carefully to clients, show respect and be responsive to their needs.
(iv) Ask for feedback. This may be by way of guided conversation, questionnaires, electronic surveys. You learn more of your customers needs for your products and services when you allow them to freely share their opinions.
An engaged customer is pivotal to your success. They do more business with you , forgive more easily and will often refer new clients &/or stay for a lifetime.
