It's great to receive notifications about forums, individuals, or posts that you follow. To control which email notifications you receive, and how you receive them, follow the steps below:
1. Log in and go to ‘Profile’ in the top right-hand corner
2. Scroll down to ‘Settings ‘at the bottom of the menu
3.Within Notification Settings, scroll down and switch off any unwanted notifications
